Rules and Regulations of the Zatorland Park
The safety of our guests is our priority, therefore we ask visitors to read these Rules and Regulations before purchasing an admission ticket and to comply with them. Admission to the ZATORLAND Amusement Park is tantamount to acceptance of the provisions of the Rules and Regulations.
WELCOME!
You are about to enjoy many hours of unforgettable experiences. However, it is important to remember to behave in accordance with generally accepted safety rules while having fun. This means, above all, not endangering your own health or that of others, and behaving courteously towards other visitors to the Park. The safety of visitors to the ZATORLAND Amusement Park is our top priority. You can support our efforts in this regard by complying with the provisions of these Rules and Regulations for the use of the Park and parking spaces, which constitute the contractual basis for the use of the ZATORLAND Amusement Park
PARKING
Parking at ZATORLAND Amusement Park is paid and unguarded. The entrance barrier lifts automatically, and the entrance gate does not issue an entry ticket. Parking must be paid for and a parking ticket must be collected from the parking meter located in front of the main entrance to the park or at the ticket offices. The first 15 minutes of parking from the moment of entry are free of charge. The fee charged applies to parking on a given day until the vehicle leaves the car park. Leaving the car park and returning to it on the same day requires payment of another parking fee. The regulations and road signs of the Polish Traffic Code apply in our car park. In order to ensure collision-free traffic, vehicle users are required to follow the instructions of the car park staff. Parking is only permitted in designated parking spaces. Vehicles left in unauthorized places, causing traffic obstructions, will be removed at the owner's expense and risk. Before leaving the vehicle, the user is required to check that the doors, trunk, windows, and sunroof are closed and that no valuable items have been left inside the vehicle. Leaving animals in the vehicle in the parking lot is prohibited. It is also forbidden to leave flammable materials in vehicles in the parking lot, e.g., lighters, which may be a source of ignition in the event of the vehicle heating up or overheating. ZATORLAND Amusement Park is not liable for any damage to vehicles left in its parking lot, including theft, damage to the vehicle by third parties, etc. This also applies to damage caused by force majeure, such as storms, fires, hailstorms, explosions, etc., and other unforeseen events. The exclusion of the right to compensation does not apply to damage caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of ZATORLAND Amusement Park employees. Claims for compensation will only be accepted if the damage is reported to the Park office staff before leaving the Park on the day the damage occurred
PRICES
Admission to the ZATORLAND Amusement Park is only possible through designated entrances, upon presentation of a valid admission ticket. A one-day ticket is a wristband fastened to the wrist (checked at the entrance gates to individual parks and the amusement park). An unfastened wristband is invalid and does not entitle its holder to enter any of the theme parks or the amusement park. The wristband can only be used by one person. It is forbidden to transfer the wristband to another person. Damage or removal of the wristband will result in the admission ticket becoming invalid. A two-day ticket is a wristband fastened to the wrist (checked at the entrance gates to individual parks and the amusement park). An unfastened wristband is invalid and does not entitle its holder to enter any of the theme parks or amusement parks. The wristband may only be used by one person. It is forbidden to transfer the wristband to another person. Damage to or removal of the wristband will result in the admission ticket becoming invalid. A two-day ticket entitles the holder to a two-day (consecutive days) stay at the ZATORLAND Amusement Park and to use its attractions. Failure to use the admission ticket on two consecutive days does not constitute grounds for any claims. A season pass is a personal card issued at the Park's ticket offices on the basis of a season pass voucher purchased online or a personal card purchased directly at the ticket offices on site. A personal card entitles its holder to multiple visits to the ZATORLAND Amusement Park and to use its attractions throughout the season. The personalized card must be presented at the Park's ticket offices on each visit. On this basis, the cardholder will be issued with a wristband, which must be fastened around the wrist and which will allow them to pass through the entrance gates to the individual theme parks and the amusement park. The personalized card entitles the holder to receive one wristband per day on each day the park is open during the season. An unfastened wristband is invalid and does not entitle the holder to enter any of the theme parks or amusement park. The wristband can only be used by one person. It is forbidden to transfer the wristband to another person. Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused entry to the Park by staff or may be asked to leave the premises.
GENERAL SAFETY RULES
Dogs and other animals are not allowed in the Park. Fire safety regulations must be strictly observed throughout the Park. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Visitors are only allowed to walk on designated paths. It is forbidden to climb or cross safety grilles, railings, barriers, fences, walls, and ropes marking walking paths. Touching exhibits is prohibited. It is forbidden to bring weapons and other dangerous items (guns, knives, chains, etc.) and glass bottles into the Park. For safety reasons, it is forbidden to bring bicycles, scooters, skateboards, roller skates, etc. into the Park. In the event of adverse weather conditions, such as rain, freezing rain, snowfall, hail, etc., there is a risk of slipping. In order to increase visitor safety, it is necessary to exercise increased caution throughout the Park by wearing shoes with non-slip soles, refraining from walking quickly or running, and using the existing handrails. Swimming and entering any water reservoirs throughout the Park is prohibited.
USE OF AMUSEMENT EQUIPMENT
Visitors may use the entertainment facilities available in the Park in accordance with their intended purpose. Please strictly follow the instructions of the staff. The staff has the right to issue a permanent or temporary ban on the use of a given facility, including an order to leave the premises, without the right to compensation, to persons who deliberately and knowingly fail to comply with the rules of use of the facilities and the instructions of the Park staff.
This also applies to attempts to push in line at the ticket office. Please understand that the use of entertainment equipment is subject to certain restrictions. Information on this subject can be found on the boards with the rules for using each piece of equipment. The user bears full responsibility for any damage caused by failure to comply with the rules of use of individual entertainment devices and for damage caused by their own negligence or intentional actions. In the event of a power outage due to a storm, gale, or other type of event, and the resulting downtime of the equipment, no full or partial refund of the admission fee will be provided. ZATORLAND Amusement Park reserves the right to suspend the operation of the entire facility and to ask all visitors to leave the premises without the right to claim a refund of the fees paid in the event of a sudden change in weather conditions that threaten the life or health of visitors to the Park. Parents and legal guardians are fully responsible for their children.
SUPERVISORY OBLIGATION
We appeal to parents, legal guardians, and supervisors of organized groups to carefully fulfill their duty to supervise the persons under their care. ZATORLAND Amusement Park accepts no responsibility in this regard and no liability for damages in the event of any harm resulting from the negligence of parents or guardians. Parents and guardians are fully responsible for any damage caused by their charges. We ask parents and guardians to prepare their little ones for encounters with moving and roaring dinosaurs by explaining to them that these creatures are not real, but artificial, and that they should not be afraid of them. The park is not responsible for any consequences of children's emotional reactions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ZATORLAND Amusement Park is liable for any damage resulting from a culpable violation of these Terms and Conditions or caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of its employees. ZATORLAND Amusement Park is not liable for accidents resulting from factors beyond the Park's control, for random events, or for deficiencies that were not noticeable despite the care taken to maintain the facility. This limitation does not apply to the liability of ZATORLAND Amusement Park in the event of a threat to the health, life, or physical injury of visitors. ZATORLAND Amusement Park is not responsible for the loss, destruction, or damage of personal items such as cell phones, cameras, earrings, etc. while using amusement devices or left unattended. Lost valuables, if found by Park employees, are handed over to the office and stored there until they are collected by their owners, but for no longer than 6 months. After this period, they are sent for disposal.
EQUIPMENT DOWNTIME
In the event that individual entertainment devices and motor vehicles need to be taken out of service, e.g. due to repairs, technical inspections, force majeure, or adverse weather conditions, no refunds will generally be given for fees paid by visitors.
REPORTING DAMAGE
All amusement devices at ZATORLAND Amusement Park are carefully maintained and supervised. If, despite this, a user suffers damage (material, personal, or other) through no fault of their own, they should report it to the Park office before leaving. Please also report any incident if there is a reasonable assumption that damage may occur at a later date as a result of the incident. Claims for compensation are excluded if, while it is possible and feasible to report the incident during your stay at the Park, the report is made only after leaving the premises.
ADVERTISING AND OFFERING GOODS AND SERVICES
Advertising and offering goods and services throughout the Park, including parking lots and areas in front of the Park entrance, are permitted only with the prior written consent of the facility manager. This also applies to conducting public opinion polls and counting visitors within the Park. Agitation and demonstrations on behalf of organizations, unions, interest groups, and other initiatives, using any means whatsoever, are prohibited within the Park and inside any entertainment or transport facilities (water trams, etc.). Such actions are subject to sanctions without exception in the form of expulsion from the Park, civil and legal liability, and reporting to the police for disturbing the internal order.
RIGHT OF THE FACILITY OWNER
ZATORLAND Amusement Park has the right to remove from the Park premises, without compensation, persons who do not comply with the provisions of these Regulations or who are present on the premises without a valid ticket. Any person who disturbs other guests, uses the amusement facilities in the amusement park in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, fails to comply with the instructions of the park staff, fails to respect the mandatory signs, or otherwise disturbs public order may be expelled from the Park without the right to a refund of the admission fee. ZATORLAND Amusement Park has the right to use video materials and photographs of people and objects located within the Park for promotional and marketing purposes.
